Preliminary Residential Valuations

With the advent of HVCC often borrowers must prepay for an appraisal and then wait for the conclusion of an appraisal process before it is determined if their home has sufficient equity for the lending process.  However, with a desktop valuation a borrower's risk can be reduced at a fraction of the cost of a full appraisal ($50). This gives the borrower greater confidence in proceeding with the lending process.  Further, as the borrower is our client not the lender this process is completely separate from any pre-existing relationship that exists with your institution.  Simply have the borrower contact us and order a desktop valuation.
